Behind the Business

Jamie Whitacre is the founder of ELINO Talent Consulting, bringing over a decade of expertise in building high-impact people strategies that drive business growth. Prior to launching ELINO, Jamie served as the Chief People Officer at 3Pillar Global, a Product Development and Professional Services firm, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the company from a 20-person team to a global workforce of 2,500 across nine countries. Her leadership was instrumental in executing eight successful acquisitions and navigating two strategic exits.

With a deep understanding of how to align talent strategies with business objectives, Jamie has developed and implemented People Operating Platforms that foster both scalability and a strong organizational culture. She has worked extensively with global teams to attract and retain top talent, crafting Employee Value Propositions that establish companies as Employers of Choice.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from Capella University. Through ELINO Talent Consulting, she continues to help organizations optimize their talent strategies, ensuring they are well-equipped to grow, evolve, and thrive in an ever-changing business landscape.
